Everstead Roofing Co is a registered trade name of BTN Homes LLC, a Washington limited liability company.

Information you give us directly. When you request a quote — through our website, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, a door hanger QR code, a phone call, or a text — we may collect:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number and email address
  • The street address of the property you want serviced
  • Details about the work you're requesting
  • Photos or measurements you send us

Information we collect automatically. When you visit our website we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site or ad that referred you.

Property information. To prepare a quote, we may look up publicly available information about the property address you give us, including aerial and satellite imagery and county assessor records.

2. How we collect it

We collect information directly from you, from our website, from lead forms hosted on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and through cookies and similar tracking technologies described in Section 5.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Prepare and send you a quote
  • Contact you about your request, by phone, text, or email
  • Schedule, perform, and service the work you hire us for
  • Send you renewal offers for services you have previously purchased
  • Process payments
  • Keep records required for warranty, licensing, tax, and insurance purposes
  • Improve our website and advertising

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Text messages and phone calls

If you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your quote, your scheduled work, and seasonal service renewals.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP. You may also call or email us using the contact details above.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising.

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, warranty, and insurance obligations. Because our service is seasonal and renews annually, we retain customer records between seasons so we can reinstall your lights without re-measuring.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct it
  • Ask us to delete it
  • Opt out of marketing texts (reply STOP) or emails (use the unsubscribe link)
