SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

Everstead Roofing Co, a registered trade name of BTN Homes LLC (“Everstead Roofing,” “we,” “us”), operates a text messaging program used to respond to homeowners who have requested contact about roofing, repair, maintenance, or Christmas light installation services. Messages include quote and estimate follow-up, requests for photos or property details, appointment scheduling and confirmation, and questions during an active job.

2. How to opt in

You may consent to receive text messages from us by:

• Checking the SMS consent box on a contact or quote form on eversteadroofing.com;
• Checking the SMS consent box on one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram; or
• Sending a text message to our published business number.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can request a quote by phone, email, or web form without agreeing to receive text messages.

3. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. You may also ask us to stop by calling (360) 342-9525 or emailing hello@eversteadroofing.com.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel any scheduled work, and does not stop us from contacting you by phone or email about a job in progress.

5. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Our messages are conversational and are sent in response to your inquiry or in connection with scheduled work, so the number of messages depends on your conversation with us.

6. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Supported devices

Text messaging requires a mobile device with SMS capability and an active plan with a participating carrier. Not all carriers or devices support all message types.

9. Privacy

Information you provide, including your phone number, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the messaging program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
