Ridgefield has grown faster than almost anywhere else in Washington over the past decade, and its roofs reflect that. Rapid build-out tends to mean standard three-tab or entry-level architectural shingles installed at volume. They perform adequately, but they are specified for the shorter end of the twenty-to-thirty-year range, not the longer one — worth knowing before you assume you have another decade.
